Terms of Service
The terms under which you use Nyxeara. Written to be read, not hidden. Last updated September 9, 2026.
1. The platform
Nyxeara provides a dynamic application security testing platform. You agree to use it only against targets you own or are expressly authorized to test. Authorized testing is your responsibility and your obligation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You will not share credentials with unapproved parties or attempt to gain access to another account. By creating an account you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Nyxeara to attack systems without authorization, to exceed the scope of an engagement you have been granted, or to store or transmit unlawful material. Nyxeara may suspend or terminate access that violates this section.
4. Paying customers and age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm you are authorized to bind yourself to this agreement.
5. Compute and metering
Certain plans meter compute through NyxCoins. You are billed for the work you actually run. Nyxeara will not overstate what a plan includes and will honor published limits.
6. Refunds
Within 14 days of a purchase made on this site, you may request a full refund for any subscription or coin pack — no questions asked — provided the compute allowance for that plan has not been largely consumed (see the Refund Policy for the exact terms). Request a refund at support@nyxeara.vip.
7. Findings and data
Findings produced by your scans belong to you, subject to Nyxeara's Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you act on, store, and disclose your own security findings.
8. Disclaimer
The platform is provided as-is, with all faults. Nyxeara makes no warranty that scanning will discover every vulnerability, and you remain responsible for the security of your own systems.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyxeara's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside where consumer protections apply, and otherwise by the laws applicable to Nyxeara's place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms reduces any rights you cannot waive by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here and dated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
