1. The short version
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Nyxeara platform, including the website, the scanning service, and any associated tools. They are being drafted and will be finalized before the platform launches. No changes that materially disadvantage you will be made without notice.
2. Authorized use only
Nyxeara is designed to scan applications you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are responsible for ensuring that every target you scan falls into one of these categories. Scanning systems you do not control is likely to be unlawful and is prohibited by these Terms.
3. Accounts
Account creation is not available yet. When it ships, you agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Payments and billing
Billing structure is defined on the pricing page but final prices have not been set. Card payments are processed by Gumroad and crypto payments by NOWPayments; Nyxeara itself does not store card details or private keys.
5. Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not allowed. Using the service for unauthorized scanning, for denial of service, or to process targets you have no right to test is prohibited.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for conduct that places the service or other users at risk, including illegal scanning activity.
