1. What we collect
At a minimum, Nyxeara collects the email address and account data you provide when you register, plus usage data needed to operate the service (such as scan history within your account). Full details will be finalized before launch.
2. What we do not collect
Nyxeara does not collect or store payment card numbers. Card payments happen on Gumroad's checkout, and crypto payments on NOWPayments. We do not scrape third-party sites, we do not sell personal data, and we do not show advertising.
3. Scan targets
Targets you add and the findings from scanning them belong to you. They are stored to provide the service and are accessible through your account. We will not disclose your targets or findings to third parties except to comply with law.
4. How data is processed
Scanning data is transmitted to servers that operate the scans. The infrastructure, hosting providers, and retention periods are being finalized and will be documented here before launch.
5. Your rights
Once accounts exist you will be able to review, export, and delete your data, and close your account. Requests can be sent to the support channel listed on the support page.
