Ownership & Verification

Nyxeara is an independent security engineering platform. This page documents who operates it, the legal reality, verified contact channels, and how domain control is independently verifiable — without claiming incorporation or verification we do not have.

1. Operator identity

The Nyxeara platform (nyxeara.vip and all subdomains) is designed, built, operated, and maintained by Sofiane Lakhdari, an independent security engineer and researcher.

There is no parent company, venture entity, holding structure, or corporate vehicle behind Nyxeara. The platform is a sole-proprietorship engineering effort — every line of code, every infrastructure decision, and every operational process originates from a single individual.

This disclosure is made voluntarily in the interest of transparency. We do not hide behind shell entities, and we do not inflate our organizational footprint.

2. Legal status — what we are and what we are not

Nyxeara is not an incorporated company. It is not a C-corp, LLC, LTD, GmbH, SAS, or any other registered legal entity in any jurisdiction. It has no board, no investors, no officers other than the operator, and no registered agent.

⚠ The following statements reflect the operator's understanding and have not been independently reviewed by qualified legal counsel. They are marked as awaiting legal confirmation and should not be relied upon for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.

Nyxeara operates as a sole-proprietorship commercial activity.Revenue from subscriptions and NyxCoin packs is received directly by the operator. [Awaiting legal confirmation: tax treatment, personal income reporting, and jurisdictional applicability.]

We do not claim "verified business" status. Any third-party badge, seal, or directory listing that implies corporate registration, KYC verification, or institutional backing is unauthorized and inaccurate. The only verification that exists is what you can independently confirm: the domain, the code, the running platform, and the operator's public identity.

Contracts and liability. When you purchase a plan or accept the Terms of Service, you are entering an agreement with the operator personally (Sofiane Lakhdari). The Terms of Service govern that relationship. [Awaiting legal confirmation: personal liability scope, corporate veil implications, and enforceability across jurisdictions.]

3. Verified contact channels

The following email addresses are the only official contact channels for Nyxeara. Each is actively monitored by the operator. We do not use contact forms, ticketing systems, or third-party support desks.

Privacy & data rights

Support & billing
support@nyxeara.vip

No postal address is published. The operator works remotely and does not maintain a physical office. If you require a legal service address for contractual or compliance purposes, write toprivacy@nyxeara.vipand we will provide them.

No phone number is published. All communication is written and asynchronous. This is deliberate — it creates a verifiable record and respects the operator's focus time.

4. Domain control verification

Control of nyxeara.vipand all subdomains can be independently verified without trusting any claim made on this page:

  • DNS records: Query the authoritative nameservers for nyxeara.vip. The zone contains standard records (A, AAAA, MX, SPF, DKIM).[Note: As of the last update, the dedicated ownership TXT records at _nyxeara-ownership.nyxeara.vip and _nyxeara-pubkey.nyxeara.vip were not found in public DNS. The signed ownership statement and Ed25519 public key described below are not currently published. This section will be updated when they are deployed.]
  • TLS certificate transparency: Search public CT logs (crt.sh, Google Transparency Report, CertSpotter) for certificates issued fornyxeara.vip.[Correction: CT logs record certificate issuance events — they do not confirm continuous control, personal identity, or ownership. They only prove that a CA validated domain control at the moment of issuance. The certificate subject for domain-validated certificates does not contain organizational or personal identity information.]
  • Source repository (private): The platform is developed and deployed from a private source repository. The source code is proprietary and is not publicly published or available to browse — it is not offered as a verification channel.

We do not use EV certificates, organization-validated certificates, or third-party trust seals. Those artifacts certify legal entity existence — which we explicitly do not have. Domain-validated certificates and cryptographic DNS proofs are the honest verification method for a sole-proprietorship platform.

5. Source code & deployment

The Nyxeara frontend (Next.js 16) and the Phase 1–10 engine code are developed in a private source repository. The source code is proprietary and is not publicly published or available to browse.

6. What this page does not claim

  • No incorporation. We do not claim to be a registered company, corporation, or legal entity of any kind.
  • No KYC / identity verification badge. We have not submitted government ID to any third-party verification service (Stripe Identity, Persona, Veriff, etc.) for the purpose of displaying a "verified" badge.
  • No regulatory license. Nyxeara is a security testing platform, not a financial service, medical device, or regulated utility. No sector-specific license applies or is claimed.
  • No insurance-backed guarantee. Professional liability / errors-and-omissions insurance is not held. The Terms of Service limit liability to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
  • No physical office or registered agent. The operator works remotely. No commercial lease, virtual office, or registered agent service is maintained.

7. Claims requiring legal review

The following assertions are made by the operator but have not been independently verified by qualified legal counsel. They are presented as the operator's understanding and should not be treated as established legal fact.

  • [Awaiting legal confirmation] Sole-proprietorship status and its implications under applicable law (including Algerian law, where the operator is based).
  • [Awaiting legal confirmation] Tax treatment of revenue (subscriptions, NyxCoin) as personal income and applicable reporting obligations.
  • [Awaiting legal confirmation] Personal liability scope for contracts, refunds, and platform use; absence of corporate veil.
  • [Awaiting legal confirmation] Enforceability of Terms of Service and liability limitations across jurisdictions.
  • [Awaiting legal confirmation] Data protection obligations (GDPR, CCPA) for a non-incorporated sole proprietor.

If you require a formal legal opinion for compliance or procurement, we recommend engaging qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

8. Why this matters

Security products ask you to trust them with your attack surface, your findings, and your infrastructure credentials. That trust should be earned through evidence — not marketing copy, not trust seals purchased from certificate authorities, and not vague "about us" pages that obscure the actual organizational structure.

This page exists so you can verify the operator's identity and the platform's provenance yourself. If the evidence above is insufficient for your compliance or procurement process, contact us atprivacy@nyxeara.vipand we will provide whatever additional documentation a sole proprietorship can honestly produce.
