1. The promise
If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on this site, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
2. What it covers
The 14-day refund covers every subscription tier and every NyxCoin pack purchased directly through nyxeara.vip, whether paid by card (Gumroad) or cryptocurrency (NOWPayments).
3. The one condition
A subscription refund is honoured in full as long as the plan's compute allowance has not been largely consumed (more than roughly half of the monthly scan/coin allowance spent). Coin packs are refundable as long as they have not been spent. This single condition exists only to stop refund abuse; genuine buyers are always refunded.
4. How to request one
Email support@nyxeara.vip with the email address or wallet reference used at checkout. For card payments, refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Gumroad, typically within 5-10 business days.
5. Legal consumers
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights. Where consumer-protection law gives you a longer or unconditional withdrawal window, that law prevails over this policy.
