1. Authorized scanning only
You may only scan applications, systems, and endpoints that you own, operate, or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning is prohibited and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not use Nyxeara to: launch denial-of-service or other disruptive attacks; scan without authorization; process targets that violate the rights of others; or engage in any activity intended to harm, overload, or evade the operation of the service itself.
3. No credential abuse
Do not use the platform to harvest credentials, personal data, or other sensitive information from systems you are not authorized to assess.
4. Responsibility for targets
You are responsible for the targets you add and for the consequences of scanning them. Nyxeara provides the tool; you remain accountable for how and where it is used.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, and matters involving unlawful activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
